We have two new friends in FS2

Today I introduced two new friends to FS2. I would like them to visit your house and then report back their adventures. They are nameless at the moment and I would like you to think about what we could call them.

Here they are in their uniform ready to have fun in FS2 and enjoy time with you at your house.

What should we call them?

Leave a comment with suggestions for names. Remember they are twins, just like Topsy and Tim.

Congratulations to Ellie and Daniel

Ellie has had a great attitude to learning this week. She has been exploring colour mixing when painting and is able to independently organise all the resources she needs to carry out the activity.

Daniel is an incredible artist and I have really enjoyed watching him create new sculptures, models and drawings this week.

Well done to both of you.

FS2 in PE

FS2 have started a new PE topic, they are learning all about movement and dance. Mrs Cameron asked me to watch the performance today but I thought I could do one better and film it.

Big Talk

This week Big Talk will be a bit different, it's going to be based on the story we have been reading.
We have been enjoying using cardboard boxes and our imagination to invent new buildings, vehicles, and other amazing things.

I would like you to watch this video below and talk about what you would do with a box.

This week in FS2

This week has been another busy one! It started off with baking biscuits on Monday with Mrs Frisby and Mrs Horn.
We've been making castles in the large construction area, complete with a drawbridge and moat.
Moby and Lola even had a treat this week, their tank had a clean. The children were very interested to see Moby and Lola close up.

Congratulations to Connor and Riley

Connor has had a super week of learning. He has tackled the new challenges around the classroom with such determination. Well done!

 

Riley always enjoys coming to school and last week showed patience and perseverance when at the new sewing table. He remained focussed when trying hard to thread the needle. Excellent attitude Riley!
